Solar Initiative
A Solar Initiative| Our 138 kW photovoltaic (PV) system, installed by Full Spectrum Solar, is one of the largest apartment solar installations in Dane County. It is expected to cover nearly 100% of the building’s shared electric loads! The PV array includes 374 Heliene high-efficiency PV modules made in Minnesota, premium racking made in New Mexico, and a lot of Wisconsin concrete block (and installation muscle). The modules have a 25-year warranty, and the racking and electrical work is expected to last as long as the building.
