A Solar Initiative

Our 138 kW photovoltaic (PV) system, installed by Full Spectrum Solar, is one of the largest apartment solar installations in Dane County. It is expected to cover nearly 100% of the building’s shared electric loads! The PV array includes 374 Heliene high-efficiency PV modules made in Minnesota, premium racking made in New Mexico, and a lot of Wisconsin concrete block (and installation muscle). The modules have a 25 year warranty, and the racking and electrical work is expected to last as long as the building.
